How to register a Feis

In order to register a Feis with our council, you need to be a CLRG and RCCEA registered TCRG/TMRF/ADCRG/BG/SDCRG within for the current registration year.

The first step will be to have your chosen date approved by our Feis Registrar, Daniele Rigamonti (daniele@taraschool.it).
Please understand you cannot launch a “save the date” message before this step.

Once your date is approved, you need to send the Feis Registrar your PDF registration form which you can find on this page, your syllabus and provisional timetable, proof of payment of your feis registration fee and proof of your Civil Liability/Event Liability Insurance. You can download the Registration Form PDF and fill this out directly in the text boxes, then download to send to the Registrar.

As soon as your feis is approved, it will be posted on the website, in the Upcoming Competitions List and you can start promoting it.

Should you wish to host Grade Exams along with your feis, please get in touch with CLRG about this stage of your event.

For any further help or advice about your feis, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Feis Registrar, Daniele Rigamonti. After your Feis has taken place you will be required to send full results (Grade & Championships) to the Feis Registrar and proof of payment of the RCCEA Feis Fee amount due within 28 days.

Please make sure to ask your adjudicators to send a short report to CLRG Overseas Committee at forbairt@clrg.ie
